Reminders:
DROP POLICY: at least a ONE WEEK advance notice must be
given to Gayla, our office manager,  or you will be billed for
the following month.  
MAKE-UP POLICY: : If a student misses a class, it can be made
up WITHIN that month  unless specified otherwise.  Please
CALL  before coming so TAG can keep an 8:1 ratio for safety.
Parking Permits: $20 charge if not returned when a student
withdraws from TAG.
Returned Check Fee: $25 plus monthly tuition in CASH or your
spot will not be held for that class.
Communication Forms available at the front desk for any
changes regarding your  child’s status in class.
Tuition is due by the 10th of every month.  There
is a late fee of $5.00 for payments made after the 10th.
SAFETY!   The UMC Hearnes Center is NOT A PUBLIC FACILITY.
